Nope! We serve clients nationwide without a hitch. International? We've done several projects with other countries as well so give us a shout!
We work from home and various spots around Austin.
We'll coordinate distances and choose a cool spot for us to discuss your project.
Clients typically come to us with nothing more than a name and a vision. We initiate every logo project with a phone call or face-to-face meeting, at the client’s discretion. From there, LHD will provide the client with a creative brief consisting of 20-25 questions. These questions allow us to analyze the project from every angle, insuring the client gets the exact logo needed for their brand.
Every logo development consists of a set amount of upfront concepts discussed in our initial meeting. Revisions don't usually go more than three rounds before a final logo is chosen, but if the logo development exceeds five rounds, there may be an extra charge. In the end you will receive vector files for print and transparent png files for web. Files will be separated out in color, black & white, and reversed (white) versions.
Every logo development will include the following:
1.) Primary logo
2.) Secondary logo
3.) Social media icon
A style guide is an optional add-on depending on how far you want to take your new branding. This generally consists of:
1.) Primary and secondary color palettes (including a list of Pantone, RGB values, CMYK values, and hex colors)
2.) Chosen font styles to compliment your branding moving forward
3.) Style guide to define your brand for consistency.
Things like patterns, icon sets, and illustrations outside the original logo scope are quoted on a per project basis.
No, but it helps! It's nice to know where your taste for design lies. We've had clients draw up ideas, email examples, or create Pinterest boards for inspiration. Certainly not required though.
It depends. Typically, these are quoted based on complexity. Your existing logo must be original and unique to you, before we take these projects on we do our due diligence to ensure it's not someone else's logo or graphic living on the internet.
Generally, it takes two weeks for delivery of the first round. Sometimes it takes longer if we're busy. Total time is typically 4-6 weeks from start to finish but that can depend on many factors.
Send us a message through our website and we'll set up a call or face-to-face meeting to discuss your project. Consider this an interview of sorts used to determine what direction you're looking to take your website. We'll make suggestions based on the information you provide, namely in regards to industry, purpose, audience, design, and more, and provide an accurate line-itemed quote to get things moving.
For simple solution websites and for clients on a budget we build Squarespace websites. For clients needing more flexibility in their site, we build custom WordPress & Framer sites. For e-commerce solutions, we build on the Shopify platform. All sites have their pros and cons, we're happy to discuss these options with you to find the best fit for your needs.
Yes. Plug-in's provide the foundation of certain functionalities within a WordPress website. We typically use a lot of the same plug-in's built by trusted developers to ensure proper security and reliability through updates in WordPress, after all, that's one of the main reasons why WordPress is so powerful! We will typically restyle the plug-in to fit within the design of your custom website.

Signs, murals, wall graphics, window clings, decals, digital displays, etc.
To be more specific: everything from custom neon and backlit signs, outdoor wall murals and billboards, to smaller wayfinding signs and event graphics has been done by us in the past.
Sometimes we team up with our go-to partners to handle the heavy lifting on production and install. Other times, we’ll source a specific pro if you want a bit more direct control—in those cases, we’ll get everything ready and simply pass the torch to your chosen contractor.
We don't lean on robots for the creative soul and direction of a project. For over 20 years we've managed just fine without it.
There’s no doubt AI has kicked productivity into high gear across the board, and our industry is no exception. Our main use of AI is in mockups to help our clients capture the vision, and for that AI is a hell of a tool.
Highly unlikely, we're better than skynet. If you want to share your "creation" with us that's fine, but we'd honestly rather not see it.
Every project we tackle begins with you filling out a brief and a meeting. We convert your words into ideas, then create visuals your customer base will react to. All human, every time, for over 20 years.
Give us a holler and we'll chat about it.
