Rooted in a 48-hour slow-rise process, Sabadough is all about the art of the leaven. Their journey started in Rome and features a wild yeast culture from the island of Ischia. They specialize in cracker-thin, easily digestible crusts made with just five simple ingredients and a whole lot of time.

We helped Sabadough translate a labor of love into a professional, high-end brand. Our shop delivered a full-scale logo identity, a comprehensive style guide, and a custom menu design. We also created a unique illustration set to highlight their traditional bread-making techniques and premium, carefully sourced toppings.
